Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
3 oz (1/2 of 6 oz. package) Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken (Low Sodium)
1 small onion
1 cup water
1/2 packet beefy onion dry soup mix
2 Tbsp olive oil
8 oz package mushrooms, sliced
1 packet brown gravy

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl mix ground beef, stuffing, onion, water & soup mix. Shape into six even patties and place in a 9x12 baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

While that is in the oven, in a skillet, place olive oil and saute the mushrooms. Set aside. Prepare the brown gravy mix as directed on package and set aside.

When the patties are done, spoon the mushrooms on top of the patties and serve with the gravy.
