Place chicken skin side up in oven safe casserole and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Pour Kraft Original BBQ Sauce over chicken.
In small bowl mix water, catsup and dried parsley. Stir until well blended and pour over chicken and BBQ sauce. Cut up potatoes into halves and add to dish along with already cut carrots.
Cover with foil and bake in 425°F oven for 40 min. Take out and bake uncovered for remaining 5 min just to form a nice little crust on the chicken.
