Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
1/3 green bell pepper
1/3 yellow bell pepper
1/3 red bell pepper
2 jalapenos
1 Tbsp spicy mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp steak & burger seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 bottle Miller Light Beer
1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 shots Jack Daniel's Whiskey
1 tsp coke
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup jalapeno juice from jarred jalapenos
1/2 cup water
1/2 Tbsp wine

Let's Make It

Chop garlic. Dice onion and bell peppers. Mix dry ingredients together in big bowl. In separate big bowl mix wet ingredients.

Place meat of your choice in a cake pan. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Be sure you mix them together well.

Pour over your meat and place in fridge. Let set for 24 hours before cooking for full flavor.
