Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel and core 4 granny smith apples.
Roll out premade pie crust and divide it into 4 pieces. Roll each quarter of dough big enough to cover the apple. Place each apple in center of dough, fill with 1 Tbsp. brown sugar each, a 1/4 of the cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. of melted butter. Draw the edges of the dough to the top and pinch closed.
Place them on sprayed baking dish. Brush on egg wash for a nice looking crust. Bake for 50 minutes.
