1/2 cup finely chopped green or mix of colored sweet peppers
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz cream cheese
Halved Jalapeno peppers
Kraft Colby jack cheese, I also add a little Kraft Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Cook sausage; add garlic, peppers and onion, cook until tender, drain if needed. When cool enough to handle, mix with hands, sausage mixture and cream cheese mix well.
Cut peppers in half and take seeds out, stuff peppers and top with Colby jack cheese, I add a little cheddar.
Bake 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
