1 container strawberry yogurt
1 spoonful raspberry preserves
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups already made rice
Optional raspberries, strawberries, or Cheerios

1. Mix the yogurt with the preserves.

2. Put the blueberries in the microwave on high for 40 seconds or until they get gooey and mushy.

3. Put the rice on a plate. Put the yogurt then the blueberries on top. If you wish you can put on it the cut up strawberries, raspberries, or Cheerios.
