3 large scoops fat free vanilla frozen yogurt (or to taste)
2 Tbsp instant sweetened green tea mix
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Dash nutmeg
Dash allspice
2 scoops vanilla protein powder mix
3/4 cup milk (eye ball it, or to taste)
Ice to taste (crushed is better)

Put frozen yogurt in a blender. Then sprinkle in all the dry ingredients, and then pour on the milk.

Blend to combine, then add the ice to taste, blend until all combined. Enjoy!
