Let's Make It
First melt the butter in a double boiler, or a metal bowl on top of a pot. Then add the semi-sweet chocolate and add the milk chocolate bar. Melt that until smooth. Then stir in peanut butter (use a large tablespoon to do this).
Once all the chocolate is melted and well incorporated take off the pot and continue to stir. The chocolate needs to be smooth. Then stir in the rice chex cereal. Carefully fold the cereal into the chocolate.
Once all the pieces are coated divide the cereal in two, each into a large Ziploc bag. Pour one cup of powder sugar into each bag and shake. Kids really like to help with this part. Then once all the cereal pieces are coated with powder sugar pour onto two separate cookie sheets lined with wax paper. Let cool for 15 min. Then it is ready to eat.
