Original recipe yields 1 serving
whole 1/2 to 1 onion, diced
5 - 6 sweet pickles, diced
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs (optional)
4-8 potatoes, peeled and diced in moderate chunks
cups 1 to 2 Miracle Whip (add more if you really like the taste of Miracle Whip)
1 teaspoon mustard (add more if you wish)
Salt & pepper to taste

Dice onions & pickles in small bowl. Set aside. Cook eggs for hard boiled (optional).

Cook potatoes 20 min. after they start boiling, drain and add to onions & pickles.

Add Miracle Whip, mustard, salt & pepper & eggs. Mix well and refrigerate.
