1 pound button mushrooms (or you can use regular white mushroom caps sliced)

Let's Make It
In a larger saucepan over med heat add olive oil and butter. Once butter has started to melt add mushrooms. Add each additional ingredient stirring occasionally. Taste as you go to ensure it is to your liking.
Once mushrooms and sauce begin to cook reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender but not soggy.
Serve over grilled steak. Also excellent over baked potatoes.
