Irish Steaks

Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 tablespoons oil
2 ounces butter
1 onion, peeled and chopped
4 steak fillets
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons Jameson's Whiskey
2 tablespoons chopped flat parsely
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Let's Make It

Heat oil and butter in frying pan. Add onion and saute till lightly brown.

Rub steaks well with cut surface of garlic. Fry steaks for 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Pour on Jameson's Whiskey (flambe if desired). Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Turn steaks and spoon juices over. Remove from pan and serve.
