1 large can tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb ground beef
1 cup uncooked Minute Rice
6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced in half length wise
1 medium cabbage, cored and cut in quarters

Let's Make It

Start by putting the tomato juice into your LARGE kettle. Add the salt and pepper and bring to a soft boil.

Now mix the ground beef and rice together. Drop into boiling juice and turn down to simmer.

After 30 minutes, add potatoes and cabbage. Cook to your own desired doneness.
