Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground turkey breast
4 tsp sugar-free pancake syrup
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ginger
1 tsp virgin olive oil
1 large tomato
4 slices Kraft 2% Cheddar Cheese

Combine all ingredients (except olive oil, tomato and cheese) in mixing bowl. Mix well. Divide into 4 patties.

Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet; cook patties until browned and cooked through, about 4 min on each side. Remove from heat.

Heat oven to broil. Cut tomato into 4 slices. Place slices in a single layer in a baking dish; season with salt & pepper. Place a turkey patty on each tomato slice and 1 slice of cheese; broil until cheese is melted.
