1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup sliced carrots

COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

ADD shells, milk and water; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 min. Add broccoli and carrots; stir. Cook, covered, 5 min. Remove from heat.
