Chop up green onion and red pepper (or mix in chopper) -- put Italian dressing and mix.
Heat grill or frying pan. (I prefer George Forman Grill). As grill heats up put mayo on one side of the bread and put that piece (mayo side down) on grill. Add one piece of cheddar cheese and mozzarella. Spread the pepper and onion mix on top and place the 2 piece of bacon on top of that. Add the 2nd piece of bread with butter side up.
Grill approx. 5 min or until brown and crispy. Serve with a hot soup!
