4 large baking potatoes
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop potatoes into 1 inch slices, and then quarter. Place potatoes in large ziptop bag and add rosemary, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Shake bag until everything is evenly coated.

Pour onto large cookie sheet in one layer.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until tender.
