1 box lemon cake mix
1 can lemon lime soda (Sprite)
1 wooden skewer
1 package Kraft Caramel Bits
1 package cream cheese frosting

Prepare lemon cake as directed on the box, but replace the amount of water, with the same amount of the lemon lime soda (Sprite). When the cake is done baking pull it out of the oven to cool. Take the wooded skewer and make holes in the cake about an inch apart through the entire cake.

In the microwave melt the package of the Kraft Caramel bits for two minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until all pieces are melted down. Pour the warm caramel over the cake, insuring to fill all the holes you made with the skewer.

Continue to let the cake cool completely, then frost with the cream cheese frosting. Make a swirl design with any excess caramel you might have left over. ENJOY!!
