Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb elbow macaroni
2 Tbsp butter, divided
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup milk
l lb. Velveeta cheese cubed
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken, cut up
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Cook macaroni as directed. Saute chopped onion in saute pan with 1 Tbsp. of butter. When onion is translucent, add Miracle Whip and milk and blend. Add Velveeta and stir till smooth. Mix macaroni, tomatoes, chicken, and peas together.

Pour into casserole dish. Pour sauce over macaroni. Melt 1 Tbsp. of butter and mix with bread crumbs. Add parmesan cheese to bread crumbs and spread over casserole.

Bake 30 min or till bubbly at 350 degrees F.
