In 4 quart pan add enough water to boil noodles. Add 1 tsp salt. Bring water to a
boil. Add egg noodles and continue boiling noodles for 10 minutes. Then remove and drain well.
Next slice steak into 1/4-inch strips. Add cooking oil in a non stick skillet and sea salt, pepper, and steak. Cook on medium heat until brown.
Next add the following: cooked noodles, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup water, and soy sauce. Mix all ingredients together, bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and reduce heat to low cook for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.
