Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook rice as directed on pkg. Brown hamburger meat with onion, drain.
Mix browned meat together with soup, Ro*Tel Tomatoes & cooked rice. Pour into 13 x 9 casserole dish.
Bake about 20 minutes. Sprinkle crumbled tortilla chips & then shredded cheese on top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
