Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb stew meat
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 beef bouillon cube
1 Tbsp butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
8 oz light beer
1 Tbsp vinegar

Place meat in baking pan. Add dry ingredients (flour, salt, pepper, mustard, garlic, parsley, oregano) and mix with meat.

Put bouillon in 1/3 cup water and heat in microwave to dissolve beef cube. Add butter, onion, brown sugar, ketchup, beer, vinegar, and beef. Mix the ingredients.

Bake 350°F for 40 minutes.
