1 rind of 1 orange, grated
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup milk or skim milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
3 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp dried yeast
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts

Put all ingredients (except cranberries and walnuts) in bread machine pan in order listed.

Add fruit and nuts when machine beeps, or 5 minutes before kneading is done.

I usually use the machine up to the "dough" setting, knead slightly on lightly floured board and put in buttered 8"x5" pan. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
