"Stand Up" Chicken

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 whole roasting chicken
4-6 springs fresh rosemary
Poultry seasoning
Balsamic vinaigrette spritzer
Herbes de Provence

Let's Make It

Wash and pat dry chicken. Put rosemary sprigs under skin.

Sprinkle the inside of the bird with poultry seasoning. Spray outside with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Sprinkle outside heavily with herbes.

Bake on a roasting rack for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350°F. Awesome!
