For each serving, in a (microwavable) bowl crumble 8 Ritz crackers (for dessert size or 6 for snack size). Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon.
Add 1/4 can (or 1/6 can for snack size) apple pie filling. Dot with butter or margarine, sprinkle a small handful of chopped walnuts and a dash of cinnamon.
Microwave for 30 seconds and serve.
