2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 lb strawberries, diced
2 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp fruit preserves - any flavor
10 (10 in.) flour tortillas
Olive oil
2 cups cinnamon sugar

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 15 min.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat one side of each tortilla with olive oil. Cut into wedges. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.

Bake for 8-10 min. Allow wedges to cool for approximately 15 min. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
