Season ground turkey with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet. Place on medium heat and brown ground turkey continuously stirring and mixing to separate. Remove ground turkey from heat once fully cooked and drain any excess oil.
Boil ziti/penne pasta 10-12 min for al dente. After pasta reaches al dente remove from heat and drain and drizzle olive oil over cooked pasta.
In a large mixing bowl mix egg, ricotta cheese, 2 cups of Kraft Italian Cheese, fully cooked ground turkey, marinara sauce, and parsley flakes. Add cooked pasta to the large bowl and fold together with the cheese mix.
Evenly spread entire contents of the mixing bowl into a 13x9x2 Pyrex baking dish lightly greased with olive oil. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Italian cheese mix evenly across the top. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a 400 degrees F preheated oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes remove from oven. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
