When chorizo is almost cooked, cut tortillas into triangles and add those to the chorizo.
When the tortillas are crisp (or soft if you like them that way) add the egg. Mix together.
Then when the eggs are all mixed in and cooked add the chile or salsa whatever you like. It can be red or green... personally I like green...
