Start grill. Mix all burger ingredients in a large bowl, mix with hands, then chill in fridge.
Heat butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Saute mushrooms until crisp. Cool. Chop and set aside.
Pat out patties to thin like (2 per burger). On 1 patty place mushrooms and shredded Swiss in middle then top with the 2nd patty. Pinch sides and seal edges. Shape patties. Do all patties like above.
Grill until desired doneness. Add sliced cheese. Toast bun or rolls, if desired. Add topping of your choice!!!
