1 can (10 3/4 oz.) any cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery)
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced mushroom
1/4 tsp pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breast or thighs (you can use bone in chicken, just cook about 15 minutes longer!)
1/2 cup grated cheese blend (use your fav.)

Let's Make It
1. In 2 quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika, diced bell pepper, onion, mushroom and pepper.
2. Place chicken on rice mixture. Cover with foil.
3, Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until done. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the chicken and rice about 5-10 minutes before you take it out (ust long enough to melt it). Remove from oven. Wait about 5 minutes to let cool. Dig in and enjoy!
