2/3 lb Edam or Gouda cheese, room temperature
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent roll
1 egg white
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Cut block of cheese in half.

Place 4 crescent rolls on baking sheet. Press seams together. Place cheese on rolls and wrap. Brush top with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Repeat for 2nd half block of cheese.

Bake 375°F for 15-18 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
