Boil chicken breasts in broth and water until done. Shred chicken into small-medium pieces. Boil spaghetti with oil until done, drain and add soups. After chopping, saute onion, bell pepper and celery in stick of butter. When ready, add can Ro*Tel and Velveeta cheese to melt. Mix all together and add 1/2 cup to a cup of broth from boiled chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Place in 9x13 pan and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes covered and 10-15 minutes uncovered.
