2-3 lb round or flank steak
1 tablespoon flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Creole Seasoning, to taste (optional)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, do not drain
1/2 can water

Spray bottom and sides of crock-pot with olive oil spray. Place steak in bottom of crock-pot, and sprinkle with flour; season with spices.

Place onion slices over meat, follow with green pepper slices. Add the tomatoes and water.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
