Mix corn and nuts in a large bowl. Combine butter, Karo, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in baking soda and flavorings. Pour over popcorn and mix well.
Bake at 250ºF for 1 hour - stir occasionally. I usually stir every 15 minutes. Break into smaller pieces while cooling and enjoy!!!
