Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix wine and soup together in bowl.
Pour some of soup mixture in bottom of baking pan. Add chicken. Add slices of cheese on top of chicken. Pour another layer of soup mixture over chicken (keep some warm on the stove for extra sauce for serving). Take croutons and crush them then sprinkle over top of chicken. Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve over white rice.
