Put pastry shells on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar. Bake shells according to box directions and cool to room temperature. Remove the tops and reserve for decorations Remove the inside of the shell and toss.
Beat pumpkin pie mix, vanilla pudding and cinnamon in a large bowl on medium speed 2 to 3 min. Fold in frozen Cool Whip slowly.
Spoon in pumpkin mousse into each pastry shell and top with pastry tops.
