Melt the cream cheese and butter in a 9x12 Pyrex pan. Add the sugar and milk. Add the raisins to the above mixture. Combine the whisked eggs with the cooked and drained noodles and add to the mixture in the Pyrex Pan.
Mix the topping ingredients together until crumbly. (If need to, add more graham cracker crumbs to achieve desired consistency.). Place the topping mixture over the kugel.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes or until brown. If using a disposable metal pan, cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (keep your eye on it so it doesn’t overcook).
