Mix all ingredients together. Line a spring-form pan* and bake at 375 degrees F 15 minutes or until light brown.
Dissolve cornstarch in about 3 Tbsp. of cold water (just enough to make it look like whole milk). Boil pineapple, cornstarch mixture and sugar until thick; COOL THOROUGHLY!!! Move mixture to a large bowl. Fold whipped egg whites in and pour mixture into the baked crust.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until egg whites are brown.
