Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugars until well blended. Add eggs, vanila and blend well. Sift flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add oats, cherries, nuts and chips. Mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoon on ungreased sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
