1 pound ground round
1 package taco seasoning
1 package tortilla chips
1 can fat-free spicy refried beans
1 can black beans, drained
Shredded cheese
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1 jar salsa
Sour Cream
Guacamole
Chopped green onions
Jalapenos

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray sheet cake pan with olive oil spray. In a skillet, brown ground round. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 the water called for on the package. Stir and heat through.

Place tortilla chips in a single layer in pan. Drop refried beans by the spoonfuls over chips. Spread black beans over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread taco meat over cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Add chicken. Add a thin layer of chips, if desired. Pour salsa sparingly over chips. Sprinkle with more cheese.

Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until cheese melts and edges of chips begin to brown. Have everyone help themselves. Have plenty of sour cream, guacamole, onions, and jalapenos on the side!
