Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Pour oil into a seasoned 9-inch cast iron skillet and place on center rack of the oven during preheating.
When oven is preheated, mix all other ingredients, stirring with a spoon. Remove skillet from oven and pour mixture into the hot oil.
Place back in oven and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown on top. Turn out on a dinner plate and serve. May be cut into 8 or 12 slices.
