Drain all green beans and mushrooms. Cook bacon until crisp. Cool and break into small pieces.
Combine soup and cheese in bowl and heat until combined. Mix all ingredients (except onion topper) together.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with onion toppers the last 5 minutes of baking.
