What You Need

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup sugar or substitute
2 cup all purpose flour of your choosing (WFGF is what I use)
1 1/2 teaspoon s baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon s baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup CAROB or cocoa (I have even left out the carob and it made a white cake)
1 cup cold water
1 cup Miracle Whip (or Mayo of choice cause of diet)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all dry ingredients together, sift if you want. Put the 1 cup of cold water in a 2 cup measuring cup then add the Miracle Whip on top of the water till it says 2 cups on the measuring cup. Now add this to the dry ingredients. Beat well until well mixed up. You can use a mixer to mix it all up.

Pour into a greased and floured oblong, round, or loaf pans Depends on what kind of pan you wanna use.

Bake until cake is done about 30 to 35 minutes depending on pan size and your oven.
