Cook chicken until tender. Cook broccoli until heated through. (You can cook the chicken in water and then add broccoli to the same pot.) Drain. Combine soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder together in a bowl.
Layer broccoli and chicken in 8 x 12 x 4 casserole dish, add sauce, and repeat. Top the casserole with the grated cheese, then the cracker crumbs, and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until bubbly. Remove the foil to lightly brown the top.
