Prepare skillet with olive oil until hot. Add beef cubes and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Brown meat but no need to cook through.
In a separate bowl mix together mushroom soup and beef stock. Add mixture to beef in skillet.
Turn heat to med-low and simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
