2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp basil, chopped
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1/4 cup sherry
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 large green pepper, sliced 1" square
1 onion, rough chopped

Let's Make It
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add chicken strips and brown. Add garlic, basil, and parsley. Add sherry.
When reduced, add tomatoes and reduce heat to low.
In separate skillet heat oil and fry peppers and onions. When they begin to caramelize, add to chicken skillet and cook for 20 min.
