Let's Make It
Brown & crumble turkey. In large crock-pot, pour V8 juice, tomato sauce, Ro*Tel, whole tomatoes, and chili seasoning. Stir in crumbled turkey.
In large saute pan, add olive oil to coat, and add onion, celery, and bell peppers. Saute until translucent. Add squash and zucchini, saute additional 3 minutes. Stir veggies into crock-pot, and add corn, beans, carrots, and jalapenos.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours, stirring every hour. Serve with oyster crackers, sour cream, and cheese to garnish! Yum!
