Whisk together dip mix, milk, and sour cream. Let stand until it starts to thickened. Place chicken in oblong pan. Pour dip mixture over all, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate 1-2 hours, or overnight, in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove chicken strips from marinade. Generously coat with cornflake crumbs. Sprinkle with garlic, pepper and seasoned salt. Place in lightly oiled pan. Melt butter, and drizzle over chicken strips.
