1/2 red onion, sliced thin
2 diced Granny Smith apples
3/4 cup dried cranberries
For dressing:
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup apple cider or apple juice
1 dash of salt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp onion powder
