1 cup chopped onion
1 can (8.5 oz) water chestnuts, drained & chopped
3 Tbsp butter
2 pkg (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz

Saute celery, onion and water chestnuts in butter. Prepare broccoli according to package directions; drain.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into large buttered casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
