1 lb sirloin steak meat (cut into thin strips, 3 inches long, 1/2 inch thick. can get precut from store)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (use cream of mushroom can)
cup 1/2 to 1 sour cream
4 tablespoons Italian seasonings and/or oregano
Salt and pepper
1 bag extra wide egg noodles
Optional: crushed red pepper

Let's Make It
Chop onions and garlic cloves. Add olive oil to frying pan (ring olive oil around pan to coat). Once translucent, add steak strips and cook until done, about 7 min stirring halfway through. Set meat aside, reserving onions and garlic as well.
In a glass bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, half cup of sour cream, Worcestershire sauce (to taste), Italian seasonings, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Add mushroom soup mixture to pan that meat was fried in. Stir in pan, then add steak. Heat till bubbly, then taste. If too thick, add a little milk. If too thin, add a little sour cream. Serve over extra wide egg noodles. Optional crushed red pepper can be added when served.
